Employee Healthcare Project Completed
The Employment Relationship Department has implemented health examination for employees as one part of the AIGI Healthcare Project in Nanjing and other branch offices around China. In Nanjing, the 2011 check-up project has been completed.
AIGI has always valued staff welfare. We now have a more comprehensive plan for physical examinations (refer to the previous notification), in order to ensure our team’s health on, and off the job. Qualified branch offices with multiple employees are encouraged to do group check-ups, so as to enjoy better health services. At Nanjing headquarters, AIGI signed an agreement with BENQ Hospital. We now enjoy a 25% discount, which means employees have more health areas tested on company credit basis. Nearly 200 employees in Nanjing have enjoyed this benefit and have completed their health examination.
Moreover, the Employment Relationship Department will also invite related experts to hold lectures on how to live a healthy lifestyle as well as to prevent possible future health issues.
